Model attempts suicide in front of Pratiksha

Mumbai, Apr 20 (UNI) Model Janhvi Kapoor attempted to commit suicide last night in front of Superstar Amitabh Bachchan's bungalow Pratiksha, claiming that Abhishek Bachchan cheated her by refusing to marry her.

Police said the model slashed her wrist between 1230 hrs and 0100 hrs last night claiming that Abhishek cheated her as they used to have an affair and now he had refused to marry her.

She was taken to Cooper hospital where she was given stitches.

She said she would show her stitches to Abhishek.

Janhvi also was holding a press conference at Oshiwara, Andheri, north west Mumbai, a few km away from Pratiksha.

Industry sources said it was just a publicity stunt with the Ash Abhi marriage on the cards and a ploy to defame the Bachchan.
