LJP concerned to fill gap between rich and poor: Paswan
Basti, Apr 20 (UNI) Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) national president Ram Vilas Paswan today lamented that Uttar Pradesh was divided between the rich and poor, the removal of which, is only possible if his party wins the ongoing state assembly poll.
Addressing an election gathering here, Mr Paswan said ''the gap between the rich and poor should be removed and for this LJP needs to come to power.'' ''It is sad that the farmers who produce wheat, are committing suicide,'' he lamented.
He observed there should be no gap in schools and hospitals between the rich and poor. ''The LPJ is continuously working towards the removal of such distinctions,'' he said.
''If the party gets an opportunity to form the government in UP, the 'work-right' would be made the 'basic right' of each individual,'' he claimed.
