i-flex, Fourlis collaborate to set up subsidiary

New Delhi, Apr 20 (UNI) Leading IT solutions provider i-flex Solutions Ltd today tied-up with Greece-based Fourlis Group to set up a subsidiary, i-flex solutions S A in Athens.

''This is an initiative to mark our presence in the European market. Our investment in this new subsidiary throws up immense possibilities for engaging with our customers not only in the region but across the European Union,'' said Chief Operating Officer N R K Raman.

The company will provide better access to a range of products and services for the financial services industry. It will enable its customer to access highly skilled local professionals, who will support future deployments in the region, Mr Raman added.

Mr Goutsoulas, presently the Chief Technology Officer of ATC, will be the Chief Executive Officer of the new subsidiary.

The company has more than 20 banks as customers in the Balkan region including two of Greece's largest banks - Alpha Bank and EFG Euro Bank.

The Fourlis Group of Companies is a leading major wholesaler, retailer and other service provider in Greece.
