Gujarat Ambuja Rajasthan plant capacity to touch 2MT

New Delhi, Apr 20 (UNI) Cement manufacturer Gujarat Ambuja today said its 1.5 MT cement plant at Rabriyawas, Rajasthan will be upgraded by July this year wherein its clinkering capacity will go up to 2 MT.

In addition, the company will commission two plants with capacity of one million tonne each at Farakka in West Bengal and Roorkee at Uttaranchal in the current quarter, a statement said.

It has commissioned the first phase of 30MW power plant at Ambujanagar during the quarter and the second phase of 30MW is expected to be commissioned during the current quarter.
