Govindacharya stable; Shifted out of ICU
New Delhi, Apr 20 (UNI) The condition of former BJP ideologue Govindacharya, who underwent brain surgery in a city hospital on Wednesday, is improving, doctors said today.
''He is improving and his condition is stable. At the moment he is under observation,'' the doctors at Apollo Hospital said.
The former BJP ideologue, admitted to the hospital on April 7 in a serious condition after suffering a fall in Hisar, is likely to undergo CT scan tomorrow.
''The scan will determine the progress he is making and then we can make a decision regarding his discharge,'' they added.
Yesterday, he was shifted to a private ward from the ICU where he was kept after the successful surgery to remove a brain clot.
