Via Technologies unveils smallest motherboard

New Delhi, Apr 19 (UNI) Chip maker VIA Technologies today launched the smallest motherboard designed for Personal Computer (PC) systems and appliances.

The motherboard, 'VIA VT6047 Pico-ITX' measures 10cm x 7.2cm and is 50 per cent of the size of the previous model, Nano-ITX.

Company's Vice President (Corporate Marketing) Richard Brown said, ''The Pico-ITX motherboard represents VIA's commitment to spearhead x86 innovation through our proven technology leadership in driving down the platform size.'' UNI
