Sterling Biotech PAT up by 25.86 pc

New Delhi, Apr 19 (UNI) Leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical gelatine, Sterling Biotech today posted 25.86 per cent increase in its net profit to Rs 38.05 crore for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 30.23 crore for the same quarter previous year.

The total income of the company rose to Rs 176.35 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as against Rs 134.69 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.
