Star Giga offers ''home abroad''

Mumbai, Apr 19 (UNI) Star Giga group has come up with a ''home abroad'' offer for Indians with residence visas at Ajman near Dubai.

Star Giga is a new venture of Pakistan-based Giga International group whose wide range of investments add up to USD four million, and ETA Star which is company owned by an India in UAE that is engaged in construction of commercial and residential properties.

Talking to reporters, Giga Real Estate manager Alina Nanoo said Star Giga is constructing ultra modern residential towers at its Goldcrest Dreams 2 project at Ajman, about 20 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport.

The group is investing 700 million dirhams and is offering the flats at a minimum cost of 332,000 dirhams and a maximum of 337,000 dirhams.

In collaboration with their business associates Oswal Reality, this housing project will be showcased at Taj land Ends here from April 20 to 22, Ms Nanoo said.

Vicky Oswal, Director of Oswal reality was also present on the occasion. Star Giga has completed many landmark projects and is getting great response, Ms Nanoo claimed.
