NCDEX records trade worth Rs 3,864 cr

Mumbai, Apr 19 (UNI) About 600 members (2,631 users) of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) participated in trading up to 1700 hrs today and volumes worth Rs 3,864 crore (one-way) were traded.

There were 109,400 trades put through by them. Active trades were in pepper, jeera, chana, guarseeds, chilli and refined soya oil, an NCDEX release here said.

Yesterday, about 600 members participated in trading and put through 1,16,760 trades. The volume of trading yesterday till 2330 hrs was around Rs 4,019 crore (one-way). Active trades were again in pepper, jeera, chana, guarseed, refined soya oil and chilli, the release added.
