JD(S)-BJP wave to sweep next Assembly polls: Yediyurappa
Tumkur, Karnataka, Apr 19 (UNI) Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa today said the JD(S)-BJP wave sweeping the State now will continue even after the next Assembly elections.
Speaking at a public meeting as part of the BJP's ongoing Vikas Yatra here, he said the coalition partners would together form the Government after the next Assembly elections too.
The senior BJP leader said there was no confusion among the coalition partners about the functioning of the Government as being alleged by the Opposition Congress. The recent State budget was not just of the BJP, but of the coalition. It had doled out several welfare programmes for the aged, poor, Dalits and women, he noted.
