Garware offshore registers Rs 534.99 lakh net profit

Mumbai, Apr 19 (UNI) Garware Offshore Servics Limited, one of the leading vessel owner-cum-operators in India, has registered a net profit of Rs 534.99 lakh for the quarter ended March 31.

The company has grown 42.3 percentage as compared to the past year's net profit of Rs 375.73 lakh.

The total income of the company from operations for the quarter ended March stood at Rs 1,956.33 lakh as compared to the past year's margin of Rs 1,189.07 lakh, a growth rate of 64.5 per cent.

The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter was Rs 2.82 up by 24.8 per cent over the previous year's EPS of 2.26.

The company has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the acquisition of two anchor-handling tug-cum-supply vessel (AHTSV) of 60 tons Bollard pull-fitted with fire-fighting equipment, a release said.
