Call money opens at 9.00-10.00 pc

Mumbai, Apr 19 (UNI) Call rates opened at 9.00-10.00 per cent today, lower than their previous closing level of 11.00-12.00 per cent.

Traders said that although cash supplies have improved because of the Central Bank's intervention in the currency market, yet sentiments are cautious ahead of the RBI monetary policy review on April 24.

Money market rates are likely to trade at the current level ahead of redemption inflows and coupon payments scheduled in this week.
