BSES appoints Lalit Jalan as Chairman

New Delhi, Apr 19 (UNI) The board of directors of Reliance Energy Ltd (REL) today approved the appointment of Mr Lalit Jalan as Chairman of BSES Rajdhani power Ltd (BRPL) and BSES yamuna power Ltd (BYPL).

He has also been nominated as Director on the board of BYPL, the company said in a statement.

''We at BRPL and BYPL always endeavor to provide uninterrupted reliable and quality power ensuring highest levels of customer service. This determination will continue to be our driver in the future also,'' said the newly elected Chairman.
