Shloka Infotech appoints Malpani as additional Dir

New Delhi, Apr 18: Shloka Infotech, an arm of the Birla group, today appointed Mr Ashutosh Malpani as its Additional Director till the ensuing annual general meeting.

Mr Malpani will takeover Mr Mansih Malani.

Shloka Infotech, an interative multimedia learning programme, also undertakes software development for corporates.
