Reliance capital makes open offer for 20 pc in TV Today

New Delhi, Apr 18 (UNI) Anil Ambani-owned Reliance Capital Ltd today said it will make an open offer of about Rs 150 crore to raise its stake in TV Today Network Ltd by 20 per cent.

Reliance currently holds about 12 per cent stake in the broadcaster.

The firm is optimistic about the future prospects and growth potential of the broadcaste, a statement said.

TV Today is one of India's leading media companies which runs 24 hours news and current affairs channels, namely Aaj Tak, Tez and Dilli Aaj Tak in Hindi, and Headlines Today in English.
