Reddy's days in power are numbered: TDP
Hyderabad, Apr 18 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Legislature Party Deputy Leader N Janardhan Reddy today alleged that Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy's days in power are numbered going by the frequent summons from Congress President Sonia Gandhi.
''Ms Gandhi has lent her ears not just to Hyderabad brothers (former Congress Legislature Party Leader P Janardhana Reddy and former Chief Minister M Channa Reddy's son M Sashidar Reddy), but also to a host of Congress leaders including senoir leaders U Purushotam Reddy and Kodanda Reddy'', he claimed at a press conference here.
The Chief Minister was busy camping at ''10 Janpath'' in New Delhi at a time when he should be busy taking part in the Ambedkar Jayanthi celebrations here and in the much-publicised ''Prajapatham'' programme, Mr Janardhan alleged adding the government was using police to silence the people who voiced their grievances at the ''Prajapatham''.
The Chief Minister was ''incapable'' of even expanding his Cabinet, he alleged.
Mr Janardhan quipped ''it would be easy for the TDP to return to power if Dr Reddy continued in office''.
