Govt should cancel lease to Jagan's company: TDP
Hyderabad, Apr 18 (UNI) The opposition Telugu Desam Party today demanded that the Andhra Pradesh Government should cancel all lands allotted to a cement company in which Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy's son Y S Jaganmohan Reddy was a director.
''None will come forward to bid in the public auction of 487 acres of land as long as the Raghuram Cement Company held on long lease more than 2,000 acres of land earlier given to the cement major Gujarat Ambuja'', TDP Legislature Party Leader N Janardhan Reddy said at a press conference here.
He questioned how the state government could call for tenders for auctioning the 488 acres of land even before the State Cabinet cleared the proposal.
