Easiprocess 'work experience' prog to UK students

Bangalore, Apr 18: Easiprocess Pvt Ltd is pleased to announce that it has participated in an exchange programme with Leigh City Technology College in Dartford, Kent, which offered eight students the opportunity to conduct their work experience in India.

This was organized via its parent company, The Kent reliance Building Society.

The LCTC students were exposed to the working environment of Easiprocess, Vidya Niketan School, Bangalore and SOS Children's village which is the charity sponsored by Easiprocess.

The students at Easiprocess, were treated as a new member of staff, thereby undergoing a strict induction programme which covered all security and data protection requirements. They were exposed to a test environment and produced a project at the end of their training.

Ajay Attra, Career Advisor at LCTC commented, "Leigh City Technology College, recently awarded with academy status by the Government, is delighted to be given the opportunity to be involved in this pioneering work experience programme, which is designed to offer students the experience of a lifetime and valuable insights into the culture of India. We are particularly pleased to have the opportunity to get involved with the SOS village".

Mandi Ghattaora, Communications Manager at Kent Reliance went on to say, "Kent Reliance and Easiprocess believe that supporting the SOS charity is not just about solving immediate problems but about making a broader contribution to the childrens' future. To this end, Easiprocess also offers children from SOS an opportunity to gain work experience at their office and already has two children taking part. In the light of this commitment, Easiprocess has already contributed to the development of a computer lab at the school village to enhance education and skills".

The chief executive of SOS Children's village recently delivered a presentation at the Societies AGM and was very pleased to strengthen the link between SOS and the Kent Reliance Group.
