Bar Assn members protest delay in starting circuit bench

Dharwad, Karnataka, Apr 18 (UNI) Members of the Dharwad Bar Association boycotted court proceedings for the second day today and resorted to road blockade, condemning the inordinate delay in the functioning of the circuit bench of the Karnataka High Court, here.

They also staged a dharna in front of the Public Works department office for not commencing civil works of the proposed circuit bench at the Water and Land Management Institute campus here.
