Uncontrollable price hike due to rapid growth of globalisation

Vijayawada, Apr 17 (UNI) Due to the rapid growth of globalisation there is no control in price hike of common goods, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhra Reddy said today.

Speaking after inaugurating the golden jubilee celebrations of Vijayawada Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he said the traders should be aware of their responsibilities in the society. He asked them to increase their exports and get profits, instead of illegal reserves of commodities and price hike.

If the exports were increased farmers would get support price and the consumer too get right price, he added.

The traders also should take responsibility to control the price hike of essential commodities, he added.
