Tribal killed in land mine blast

Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, Apr 17 (UNI) A tribal was killed on the spot in a high-pressure land mine blast in the naxalite-affected Narayanpur area of Bastar district, police said today.

Police said Manku, a resident of Koprahi village, was on way back from the forest in Karelghati area, when he accidently stepped on the landmine laid by the naxalites on Narayanpur-Chhotedongar road last evening.
