Three killed, seven injured in road accident

Machilipatnam, Apr 17(UNI) Three people were killed and seven others seriously injured when the lorry in which they were travelling overturned at Visannapeta near here this afternoon.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Nuzvid told UNI that the victims were on their way to attend the 'Madiga Viswaroopa' meeting at Vijayawada when the mishap occurred.

The victims were from Muchinapalli. The injured were admitted to a government hospital. Their condition was said to be critical, he added.
