Rs 4.70 lakh looted from Cooperative Bank
Jalandhar, Apr 17 (UNI) In a daring incident, three persons today looted nearly Rs 4.70 lakh from the Jalandhar Central Cooperative Bank's branch at village Parwala in the district.
According to police, three persons first held up the guard of the bank at gun point and then asked the other workers present in the bank to stand to a corner. After this, the robbers took the money and escaped from the spot.
Police has registered a case in this regard and further investigations were on.
