Reimbursement of tution fee as per CENTAC: CM

Puducherry, Apr 17 (UNI) The administration would consider reimbursement of tution fee for MBBS and engineering students according to Centralised Admission Committee(CENTAC) records instead of insisting on certificates from private institutions, Chief Minister N Rangasamy told the Assembly today.

He was replying to a special mention on the issue by DMK Member S P Sivakumar during Zero Hour.

Mr Sivakumar pointed out private managements were reluctant to issue certificates to prove the students were selected through the CENTAC.
