Minor strangulated to death in Patna

Patna, Apr 17 (UNI) An eight-year-old boy was strangulated to death at Sabalpur village under Deedarganj police station in Patna district last night.

The body of Munna Shahni was recovered from the banks of the river Ganga at Shabalpur today.

Shankar Shahni, who had allegedly killed Munna, was arrested while raids were being carried out to nab the other accomplices, police said.

The motive behind the killing was being investigated, police added.
