Srinagar, Apr 17 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has quashed the Public Safety Act (PSA) against three detainees.
A single bench of Justice Bashir Ahmad Kirmani quashed the PSA after finding the allegations levelled against the three as baseless and without any grounds.
He later ordered immediate release of Mohammad Yasin Bhat of Salkipora in Bijbehara, Fayaz Ahmad Maghray, a resident of Ganshebal in Pahalgam and Ghulam Hassan Bhat of Marhama in Anantnag.
