HP launches updated Procurve security product

Kolkata, Apr 17: HP Procurve networking today announced new updated products in its proactive defense security portfolio to provide customers reliable network protection and comprehensive network access control.

Speaking on the occasion, Procurve India Country head Subhodeep Bhattacharya said, ''Procurve's proactive defense strategy offers solutions to fortify security and provide a trusted network infrastructure by combining network immunity, access control, enhanced management functionality.

He said that the pro-curve network immunity manager software offers internal threat detection and zero day attack protection to enhance security in both wired and wireless network environments.
