Eight injured in caste war in Bharatpur
Jaipur, Apr 17(UNI) A minor dispute between two people of different communites over wages flared up into a caste war and lead to exchange of fire in Indrali village in Bharatpur district today.
According to Bharatpur SP Anand Srivastav eight people including an ASI have been injured in clashes between Mali and Gujjar communities under Kama police station.
Police said a minor dispute between the two people over payment of some work snowballed in to a caste war with people attacking each other with guns and batons injuring over half a dozen people in the village.
Later the police reached the spot and dispersed the waring people by force. One police personnel and seven people were injured in the incident.
