Charges framed against Independent MLA

Nawada, May 17 (UNI) A Fast Track court of Nawada today framed charges against Independent MLA from Warsaliganj Assembly seat Pradeep Mahto in connection with a case of kidnapping.

First district and sessions judge Namendra Prasad framed the charges after hearing the case.

As per the charges, Mr Mahto abducted Pappu Singh of Devdha village under Pakribarama police station on May one, 2004.
