Vehicular movement disrupted on Highway

Jammu, Apr 16 (UNI) Vehicular movement on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway was disrupted for more than an hour as people held a demonstration, for the third consecutive day today, at Banihal in Ramban district against the arrest of four persons by Police.

State police had arrested Farooq Ahmad Wani his wife Haseena resident of Duligam, Banihal, Abdul Rashid of Nowkoot Banihal and Mohammad Akhter of Shagen Banihal on Thursday on the charges of attempt to assassinate Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad.
