Reliance Money launches web-trading through kiosks

New Delhi, Apr 16 (UNI) Reliance Money, part if the ADA Group, today launched web-trading through kiosks to enable users access to its financial transaction portal through which they can invest in various financial instruments.

The company is in discussion with various retail chains for deployment of these kiosks in subsequent phases, said Reliance Money Chief Executive Officer Sudip Bandyopadhyay.

Reliance Money plans to deploy 10,000 internet-enabled retail kiosks across the country in phases which will be provided by German-based company Wincor Nixdorf, leading in providing IT solutions to retailers and retail banking.

In its first phase, these kiosks will be placed in various Reliance Money outlets.

Wincor-Nixdorf Head of Retail-APAC Andrew Phay said,'' We saw great potential for our products in the country owing to ] the retail boom that India is witnessing today.'' Reliance Money, promoted by Reliance Capital, is the first Indian company to provide share trading through web-enabled retail kiosks.
