NCDEX records trade worth Rs 3,215 cr

Mumbai, Apr 16 (UNI) About 580 members (2,673 users) of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) today participated in trading up to 1700 hrs and volumes worth Rs 3,215 crore (one-way) were traded.

There were 90,100 trades put through by them. Active trades were in pepper, jeera, chana, guarseeds, chilli and refined soya oil, a NCDEX release here said.

On Saturday, about 565 members participated in trading and put through 90,130 trades. The volume of trading yesterday till 1400 hrs was around Rs 3,095 crore (one-way). Active trades were in pepper, jeera, chana, guarseed, soya bean and chilli, the release added.
