Konda Tungabhadramma passes away

Hyderabad, Apr 16 (UNI) Former Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh late Konda Venkata Ranga Reddy's wife Tungabhadramma passed away in the early hours at her residence here today.

She was 100 years old and had recently celebrated her 100th birthday with her children, grand children and great grand children, besides well wishers.

She worked with her husband during the freedom movement and in the struggle against the Nizam's rule.

The funeral will take place on April 18 here, according to her family sources.
