Goldstone to distribute Zee channel on its IPTV platform
Hyderabad, Apr 16 (UNI)Goldstone Technologies Limited signed an agreement with Asia Today Limited, Mauritius, a subsidiary of Zee Telefilms limited to market, sell and distribute Zee channels to subscribers in eight countries in the Asia Pacific region on its Internet Protocol Television(IPTV)service.
Goldstone would use patented technology for triple play services which would deliver excellent quality video at only 600 kbps. This was expected to be the world's first such service to function seamlessly on the public internet, Chief Executive Officer of Goldstone group N.K.Rawal said here in a statement.
"The agreement with Zee Network will enable us to take significant advantage of Zee's extensive reach in the expanding our IPTV services globally. We enter this market with a patented technology which is both cost effective and offers the highest quality content on minium internet bandwidth", he said.
