Eight get life term in Bihar

Sheikhpura, Apr 16 (UNI) A local court today awarded life imprisonment to eight people in connection with a murder case.

Additional district and sessions judge Narayan Prasad Singh sentenced all the eight accused to rigorous life imprisonment after they were found guilty in the case.

According to the charges, the convicts were involved in the killing of one Krishna Dayal, who was shot dead following dispute over award of contracts on February 4, 1998, at Amarpur village under Aripri police station in Sheikhpura district.
