Dunlop extends last date for accepting rights issue forms till Apr24

Mumbai, Apr 16 (UNI) Tyre major Dunlop India Ltd informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today that the company has decided to extend the last date for receiving application forms to the rights issue from its shareholders until April 24.

The company took the decision in view of numerous requests received from shareholders to extend the last date for acceptance of such application.

For the convenience of shareholders, the company has also decided to accept such applications in plain paper format in case of non- receipt of 'Letter of Offer' and 'Composite Application Form', the company added.
