Workshop on Quality and Efficiency Improvement

Mumbai, Apr 14 (UNI) Pune-based Shikshansphoorthi Seva Pratishthan will organise a three-day workshop on 'quality and efficiency improvement' for directors, principals and supervisors of Marathi and English medium scools in Mumbai and some of its suburbs.

''These worskhops are aimed at updating the management staff of the schools, especially after the introduction of the new syllabus for 10th standard'', Jayprakash B Somani, chief guide/director of the workshop said here today.

The workshop will be conducted in Navi Mumbai, Thane, Bandra and Vikhroli, and a maximum of five teachers from each participating schools will be allowed to take part in the workshop, Somani added.

According to Somani, who has conducted two similar workshops earlier also, such exercise helps the school management acquaint with the latest developments in the field of education.
