Two naxals slain

Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, Apr 14 (UNI) Two naxals were today killed in an encounter with police in Chhattisgarh's Dantewada district, police said today.

A team of Special Police Officers (SPOs) from Doranpal police camp led by Sub-Divisional Officer of Police (SDOP) Rajesh Pawar had gone out on patrol when an encounter with naxals took place at Jangavaram, 20 km from the camp.

Poyam Ganga (25) and Vatti Kosa were shot dead. Their bodies had been recovered. Two guns were seized from the spot.
