Precious metals costlier on higher demand

Mumbai, Apr 14: Precious metals became costlier today on higher demand in the closing session today, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.

Following are the closing rates of Silver and Gold: Silver (per kg) 999 fineness grade : Rs 20,035 (19,915).

Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 9,475 (9,410) Gold 99.9 purity pure Gold : Rs 9,520 (9,455).
