PDP welcomes third round-table conf on Kashmir

Welcoming
the
third
round-table
Conference
on
Kashmir,
the
Peoples
Democratic
Party
(PDP),
a
partner
in
the
Congress
led
coalition
government,
said
it
must
be
result-oriented.
The
proposed
third
round-table
conference
scheduled
to
be
held
in
New
Delhi
on
April
24
must
be
result-oriented
and
the
recommendations
finalised
by
the
four
Working
Groups
should
be
approved
for
implementation,
the
PDP
patron
Mufti
Mohammad
Sayed
said,
while
addressing
a
public
meeting
at
Lolab
in
the
frontier
district
of
Kupwara
today.
''I
am
sure
these
recommendations,
when
implemented
would
provide
the
much-needed
break-through
in
addressing
the
internal
dimensions
of
the
Kashmir
issue
by
taking
care
of
the
aspirations
and
grievances
of
the
people
from
all
the
regions,
religions
and
ethnic
groups
of
the
State,''
he
said.
He
expressed
hope
that
every
effort
should,
be
made
to
make
the
Conference
all-inclusive
by
involving
people
with
varying
shades
of
opinion,
including
the
separatists,
in
the
discourse.
