Jhunjhunwala ups stake in Titan to 10 per cent

Mumbai, Apr 14: Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and persons acting in concert with him have bought 50,000 shares of Titan Industries, raising their stake to 10 per cent in the company.

With their market purchase of the shares on April 12, Jhunjhunwala and PAC's sharholding in the company went up from 9.932 per cent (4,409,127 shares) to 10.045 per cent (4,459,127), a Titan release to the BSE said today.
