Govindacharya improving; to undergo fresh CT scan on Monday
New Delhi, Apr 14 (UNI) The condition of former BJP ideologue Govindacharya, admitted to a city hospital on Saturday after suffering a head injury from a fall, is stable, doctors said today.
He will undergo a fresh C T Scan of the brain at the Apollo Hospital on Monday to completely rule out surgery to remove a brain clot.
''As of now, he is stable. After the C T scan yesterday surgery was ruled out but one more scan will be performed on Monday to establish that the clot could be dissolved through medication,'' a doctor attending on him said Govindacharya was admitted to the Apollo Hospital on April 7 in serious condition after being brought from Hisar in Haryana where he received head injuries after a fall.
