Jayalalithaa to campaign for Mulayam's SP

Chennai, Apr 13: AIADMK General Secretary J Jayalalithaa will campaign for Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Mulayam Singh Yadav in the ongoing Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh on April 23.

This follows an invitation extended by Mr Singh to Ms Jayalalitha to campaign for him, an AIADMK release said.

Ms Jayalalithaa will address an election meeting at Allahabad on that day in support of SP candidates.

The AIADMK supremo was scheduled to address a public meeting in Uttar Pradesh on April 8, but cancelled it at the eleventh hour as she had suffered a leg injury.
