Youth charred to death by lightning

Mysore, Apr 12 (UNI) A youth was charred to death when lightning struck him at Kadalur village in neighbouring Mandya district of Karnataka, late last night.

Police said the incident occurred when the victim, Rajesh, took shelter from lightning and pre-monsoon shower under a coconut tree.
