Gas cylinder found at airport

Kolkata, Apr 12 (UNI) A gas cylinder was found in an abandoned bag at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport this morning, according to officials.

The unclaimed bag was found at the domestic departure terminal at 1100 hours.

Personnel of the bomb detection and disposal squad eaxmined it with the help of sniffer dogs. Airports Authority of India (AAI) officials believed that a passenger may have left the bag after discovering that such items were prohibited to be carried in aircraft.
