Accentia to add 500 employees this fiscal
New Delhi, Apr 12: Software and BPO services provider Accentia Technologies will add 500 people in the current fiscal at its Bangalore and Trivandrum centers to cater to the improved order book positions and outsourcing requirements of US acquisitions.
The company is expecting to do sales of Rs 22 crore and net profit of Rs 4.5 crore in the first quarter of 2007-08.
On the back of three acquisitions in the US, aanounced two-days back, Accentia is confident of adding 10 million dollars to its topline in the year 2007-08 with net margins in the range of about 25 per cent.
The firm achieved a turnover of Rs 33.50 crore with a net profit of Rs 7.25 crore in the year ended March 31, 2007.
''The company needs to increase the manpower strength to cater to the increasing order book position and also to cater to the requirements of outsourcing needs of our acquisitions,'' company CEO and Director Pradeep Suseela Viswambharan said.
