Youth Cong leader, media exchange blows in Rahul's roadshow
Aligarh, Apr 11 (UNI) A youth Congress leader had a scuffle with mediapersons accompanying party MP Rahul Gandhi on his roadshow for the ongoing Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.
The youth Congress leader was reportedly in an inebriated condition. He had objected to the cars carrying newspersons overtaking his vehicle during the final phase of Rahul Gandhi campaigning in this historic township.
He hurled verbal abuses at the journalists and later engaged in a scuffle with them, when the cavalcade was on its way to Police lines from the Ramghat area.
Supporters of the Congress candidate from the city Vivek Bansal intervened to resolve the ruckus.
