Tripura: Two ATTF insurgents surrender

Agartala, Apr 11: Two hardcore All Tripura Tiger force (ATTF) militants, including a girl, surrendered before the additional Superintendent of Police in West District last night.

Police today said the two ATTF activists laid down their arms before the additional SP of West District Dipak Kumar at Khowai last night and deposited a chinese grenade.

With this surrender, altogether 11 insurgents of various outfits joined the mainstream.

The surrendered duo later said that they took arms training in Koilabari base camp in neighbouring Bangladesh.
