NCDEX records trade worth Rs 4,586 cr

Mumbai, Apr 11 (UNI) About 591 members (2,749 users) of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) today participated in trading up to 1700 hrs and volumes worth Rs 4,586 crore (one-way) were traded.

There were 1,31,380 trades put through by them. Active trades were in pepper, jeera, chana, guarseeds, refined soya oil and chilli, a NCDEX release here said.

Yesterday, about 583 members participated in trading and put through 1,41,040 trades. The volume of trading yesterday till 2330 hrs was around Rs 4,725 crore (one-way). Active trades were in pepper jeera, guarseed, refined soya oil and chilli, the release added.
