Heroin worth two crore seized from Nigerian, Afghani
New Delhi, Apr 11 (UNI) An Afghani national and a Nigerian have been arrested from Dwarka area of Sourh-West Delhi for allegedly peddling drugs in the capital and heroin worth nearly Rs two crores seized from them.
Kabul resident Salae Mohammad was arrested from Dwarka yesterday afternoon while delivering the 1.97 kg consignment to Nigerian national Auguatian Okoye, said a senior police official of the Special Cell.
''The fine quality heroin is worth nearly Rs two crore in the international market.'' During interrogation, Mohammad, who arrived here on April 7, said he was given the drug by one Farid Pathan in Kabul which was to be delivered to Augustian in Delhi.
Pathan even made me have a telephonic conversation with Augustian, he added.
